OnKinoTerms of Use

OnKino is an iPhone app distributed through the App Store. Downloading or using it means accepting these terms. Where they are silent, Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies.
What you may do
Use the app on the devices your Apple Account allows, for as long as you like, on video you have the right to watch. The app is licensed, not sold.
What you may not do
- Take the app apart, decompile it, or try to extract its source, except where the law says you may.
- Use it to circumvent copy protection, or to view material you have no right to.
The subscription
- Part of the app is free for ever: playing video, covers, subtitles, and the picture on the glasses. The subscription opens the rest.
- Payment is taken by Apple through your Apple Account. A subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends.
- Cancel or manage it in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops the next renewal; the current period runs to its end.
- A free trial, where offered, ends the moment a subscription is bought. Unused time is forfeited.
- The one-off «Forever» purchase does not renew and is not a subscription.
- Refunds are Apple's to give, not the developer's: reportaproblem.apple.com.
The glasses
OnKino is an independent app and has no connection with XREAL. It speaks to the glasses over a protocol that XREAL has not published, worked out by examining the hardware. It changes settings the glasses already expose through their own menu, and nothing it does is intended to modify the firmware.
The app is provided as it is, without warranty. It cannot promise that a particular pair of glasses, a particular firmware version, or a particular video file will work, and the developer is not liable for damage arising from its use, so far as the law allows. If it does not work for you, ask Apple for a refund.
Other people's material
Film covers and titles come from The Movie Database. This product uses the TMDB API but is not endorsed or certified by TMDB. XREAL, XREAL One and One Pro are trademarks of their owners, named here only to identify compatible hardware.
Changes and contact
These terms may change; the date above changes with them. Continuing to use the app after that means accepting the new version. Questions: hi@onkino.app.

Что можно
Пользоваться приложением на устройствах, которые допускает ваш Apple Account, сколько угодно, с тем видео, которое вы вправе смотреть. Приложение лицензируется, а не продаётся.
Чего нельзя
- Разбирать приложение, декомпилировать его или пытаться извлечь исходный код — кроме случаев, прямо разрешённых законом.
- Использовать его для обхода защиты от копирования или для просмотра того, на что у вас нет прав.
Подписка
- Часть приложения бесплатна всегда: воспроизведение видео, обложки, субтитры и картинка на очках. Подписка открывает остальное.
- Оплату принимает Apple через ваш Apple Account. Подписка продлевается автоматически, если её не отменить не позднее чем за 24 часа до конца периода.
- Отменить или изменить — в Настройках → ваше имя → Подписки. Отмена прекращает следующее продление; оплаченный период доходит до конца.
- Пробный период, если он предложен, заканчивается в момент покупки подписки. Неиспользованное время сгорает.
- Разовая покупка «Навсегда» не продлевается и подпиской не является.
- Возвраты делает Apple, а не разработчик: reportaproblem.apple.com.
Про очки
OnKino — независимое приложение, не связанное с XREAL. Оно говорит с очками по протоколу, который XREAL не публиковала; протокол разобран изучением самого оборудования. Приложение меняет настройки, которые очки и так открывают через своё меню, и не предназначено для изменения прошивки.
Приложение предоставляется как есть, без гарантий. Нельзя обещать, что конкретные очки, конкретная версия прошивки или конкретный видеофайл заработают; разработчик не несёт ответственности за ущерб от использования — в пределах, допустимых законом. Если приложение вам не подошло, попросите возврат у Apple.
Чужие материалы
Обложки и названия фильмов — The Movie Database. Это приложение использует TMDB API, но не одобрено и не сертифицировано TMDB. XREAL, XREAL One и One Pro — товарные знаки их владельцев, упомянуты только как обозначение совместимого оборудования.
Изменения и связь
